Vision
To seek the lost by sharing the love of Christ through word and deed.

Mission
Our goals are to show love and compassion to people in need demonstrating Christ likeness. Serving others in hope they will see Christ’s love and be saved.

How Can YOU GO?

Each LifeGroups session we have GO efforts happening all over the Metro East and St. Louis area. We have partnered with several organizations that we serve with on a regular basis. Connect with a LifeGroup and Lets GO!

EDUCATION AND SCHOLARSHIP GO

This team consists of several areas of advocacy for education in the community and the schools. You could help with any of the following based on your availability and strengths:

     • Scholarship Committee (review scholarship

       apps and conduct interviews for scholarship

       applicants) 

     • Participate as a volunteer for Education Night

     • Participate as a volunteer/planning for Back to

       School Sunday

     • Attending and being a community advocate at

       local school board meetings

     • Helping facilitate a college-going culture at

       New Life

COMMUNITY ADVOCATE
Join our efforts for social justice by joining our team that connects to issues in the community for equality and justice via our membership with United Congregations of the Metro East or NAACP. Email Dagne Barton to connect to this today! dbarton@nlicic.org

HOMELESS MINISTRY GO
We are always collecting the following items for the Homeless GO efforts. Please donate at anytime:

• Toiletries (trial sizes)
• Socks
• Gloves
• Beef jerky (and other small canned meats)
• Packaged crackers (and other non perishable snacks)
• Dental items
• Scarves
•
